Dinner and board meeting (to elect 2026 officers) will be held in the Edgehill Clubhouse. Awards presentation and slideshow will be held following dinner. Please limit the participants/guests to "IMMEDIATE FAMILY" only due to limited indoor capacity. Weather permitting, open swim will follow the awards presentation. |

VPSU Championship Meet
757swim Aquatic Center

Warm-up: 8:00 AM
A swimmer must meet Champs Time Qualifications in an event. Able to enter into a maximum of 3 individual events (that they qualified for). 11 and older will swim in the morning, 8:30am start. Warm-ups will be 8-8:20am in lanes 4 & 5. 10 and younger will swim in the afternoon session, scheduled to start at 12:30pm with Warm-ups from 12-12:20pm in lanes 4 & 5. Relays will be swum at the beginning of the afternoon session, after 2nd half warm-ups. PM session timing is subject to change depending on how long the AM session runs. Age 8 and younger swimmers will be required to report to the Clerk of Course when announced (approximately 10 minutes prior to swimming their events). A clerk of course will be in place throughout the meet. 9 and older swimmers that wish to report to the Clerk of Course may do so. It is the swimmer’s responsibility to report to the blocks at the proper time for their event. Facility Rules: ● Swimmers/Spectator Conduct: Each club is responsible for supervising the conduct of its swimmers/spectators. Any swimmer/spectator who violates 757swim Aquatic Center rules (posted at the pool) will be disqualified from the meet and escorted from the facility. ● Deck Access: Access to the pool deck will be monitored. Coaches, officials, and event staff only will be permitted access to the deck between the ropes and the edge of the pool during warm-ups and competition. ● Spectators: Must remain behind the ropes at all times when watching their swimmer race and are encouraged to leave the deck area once their swimmer has completed their race. No personal chairs allowed on deck. ● Locker Rooms will be open to swimmers, but showers are closed. Concessions - Everbowl will be at the pool at 8, Old City Barbeque will arrive at 11. Bring your own water, snacks, gatorade, etc!! |

Parents only please!!! Eels Families Adult Night Out! Every swimmer gets a scrapbook page at the end of the season AND those pages are put together by our families. Come out to the Clubhouse at 6pm (or anytime after 6pm) to make a some pages for our Eels swimmers. |

Friendship Meet with Marlbank

Annual friendship meet with the Marlbank Mudtoads swim team! It is not a VPSU swim meet, so times will not count for qualifying for the VPSU Championship meet nor towards the three swim meets required to participate in Champs. This is for swimmers to have fun swimming with their friends/classmates across Rt 17. |

Summer Awards Meet

Summer Awards is a fun format to swim against others from all teams in VPSU. A swimmer is allowed to swim in up to 3 individual events that they have NOT made a Champs Qualifying time yet. Along with mixed age and gender relays. 10 & Under Session - 7:40-8 am warm-up LANE 6; meet starts at 8:30 am 11 & Over Session - 12:30-50 pm warm-up LANE 6; meet starts at 1:45 pm. |
