Dinner and board meeting (to elect 2027 officers) will be held in the Edgehill Clubhouse. Awards presentation and slideshow will be held following dinner. Weather permitting open swim will follow the awards presentation. ATTENDANCE IS LIMTED TO SWIMMER AND PARENT/GUARDIAN AND SIBLING ONLY - DUE TO CLUBHOUSE CAPACITY. |

2026 VPSU CHAMPIONSHIP MEET
757swim Aquatic Center, 5720 Warhill Trail, Williamsburg
Start: 8:30 AM
Warm-up: 7:20 AM
**Due to our increase in swimmers attending Champs - our assigned team area is now double (we get 2 spots) and will be set up in front of the pool/announcer area.** 11 and older will swim in the AM Session, 8:30am start. Warm-ups will be 7:20am-7:40am, lanes 1-4 10 and younger will swim in the PM session, 12:30pm start. Warm-ups will be at 11:20-11:40am, lane 1 Relays will be held at the beginning of the afternoon session, after 2nd half warm-ups. Facility Setup: Each team is given an assigned spot outside to set up with Tents. You will walk in and out of the pool area as a spectator. Concessions: Everbowl and Sip & Smile will be at the pool at 9AM. Burgers on the Edge will arrive at 11:00. |

Friendship Meet at Marlbank
Markbank Pool: 115 Old Landing Road, Yorktown

Warm-up: 5:30 PM
Annual friendship meet with the Marlbank Mudtoads swim team! It is not a VPSU swim meet, so times will not count for qualifying for the VPSU Championship meet nor towards the three swim meets required to participate in Champs. This is for swimmers to have fun swimming with their friends/classmates across Rt 17. Christmas in July Theme! Dress as your favorite elf and bring an unwrapped new or lightly used gift. We will have the Salvation Army truck here collecting these items for needy families in our community. With an 8 & under relay to start the meet!! Visitors sit on the side of the pool closest to the entrance. Bring chairs and bug spray. Concessions accepts cash & apple pay. Menu: burgers - hot dogs - walking tacos - cotton candy - assorted drinks - candy |

2026 Summer Awards Meet
Kingswood Pool: 100 Red Maple Place, Williamsburg
Start: 8:15 AM
Summer Awards is a fun format to swim against others from all teams in VPSU. A swimmer is allowed to swim in up to 3 individual events that they have NOT made a Champs Qualifying time yet. Along with mixed age and gender relays. 10 and under session: 7:45am warm-up with the meet starting at 8:15am 11 and older session: 12:30pm warm-up with the meet starting at 1:15pm Parking: There will be parking attendants; with additional parking is on Spring Road, West Kingswood Drive, Oak Rd. Please do not park in Marywood or the Marywood Playground area. Concessions will accept cash & Venmo. Bathrooms: Pool facilities for swimmers only. Portable toilets will be on site for spectators. |

Eels Families Adult Night Out! Every swimmer gets a scrapbook page at the end of the season AND those pages are put together by our families. Come out to the Clubhouse at 6pm (or anytime after 6pm) to make a some pages for our Eels swimmers. We will have stickers and some tools (cutters, scissors, etc.) but if you have extra tools please bring to share. We will be assembling pictures and stickers on blank pages that have been prepared. |
