Relays will be swum at the beginning of the afternoon session.

The address for the pool is 2711 Two Rivers Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185. Please arrive by 5:15 pm. Parking will be limited so arrive as early as possible. Please check in with the volunteer coordinator to confirm your volunteer slot. Swimmers must remain in the team area during the meet.

Home Meets: please arrive by 4:30pm! Concessions should be dropped off at the Clubhouse. The board arrives early to set up for a meet. Please join in and lend a hand to speed the process! Please set up our areas on the clubhouse side of the pool. The covered picnic area will be for our swimmers - swimmers must remain in the team area during the meet.. The far side of the pool including the front of the baby pool should be for visitors. Please make sure our visitors get umbrella tables also. Arrive early and walk if possible. Parking will be available on the volleyball court. Event list will be taped to the fence of the tented area. Swimmers can find out their event/heat/lane. Most swimmers bring a sharpie and write it on their arm. Please check in with the volunteer coordinator to confirm your volunteer slot.

Kingspoint Pool Address: 119 Northpoint Drive, Williamsburg, VA 23185

Parking is available in the grass field to the right as you approach the pool and along Northpoint Drive. To park in the field, turn right on the gravel road first and someone will direct you. The gravel road leads to a boatramp so we ask that cars please not park/block access to the ramp.

Dinner, drinks, desserts, and snacks will be available at Concessions located outside the pool deck at the entrance of the Clubhouse.

The Men's and Women's restrooms are located off the pool deck behind the diving board.

Time trails for all swimmers to determine baseline times for all events. This will be run like a real meet to give both swimmers and parents the opportunity to get a feel for swim meet logistics. Please arrive by 8 AM for team pictures and warm-ups.
