VPSU Championship Meet
757swim Aquatic Center @ 5720 Warhill Trail, Williamsburg
Start: 8:00 AM
11 and older will swim in the morning, 8:30am start (warm-ups 8:00-8:20 am, lanes 4 & 5). 10 and younger will swim in the afternoon session, scheduled to start at 12:30pm (warm-ups 12:00-12:20pm, lanes 4 & 5). Relays will be swum at the beginning of the afternoon session, after 2nd half warm-ups. Awards: Individual Awards- Medals will be awarded at the meet to 1st-8th places in each individual event. These places will be given out at the Awards presentation directly after the Session that they swam in. Ribbons for 9th-16th places will be prepared at the meet. The Coaches are to pick up these ribbons after the meet. Relay Awards- Medals will be awarded at the meet to 1st-8th places in each relay event. ELIGIBILITY: Swimmers must have achieved the established qualification time in the competitive events and participated in the requisite number of meets (3). And entry times must have been achieved in regular competitive lanes, exhibition lanes, or heats during VPSU sanctioned meets or the VPSU Summer Award Meets. *Swimmers may enter up to 3 individual events plus 1 relay event. |

Our annual friendship meet with the Marlbank Mudtoads swim team! It is not a VPSU swim meet, so times will not count for qualifying for the VPSU Championship meet nor towards the three swim meets required to participate in Champs. This is for the swimmers to have fun swimming with our friends/classmates across Rt 17. |

Dinner and board meeting (to elect 2025 officers) will be held in the Edgehill Clubhouse. Awards presentation and slideshow will be held following dinner. Please limit the participants/guests to "IMMEDIATE FAMILY" only due to limited indoor capacity. Weather permitting, open swim will follow the awards presentation. |

Summer Awards Meet
Queens Lake Pool @ 243 E Queens Drive, Williamsburg
Start: 8:15 AM
Morning session for 10 and under starts at 8:15am (with warm-ups at 7am). Afternoon session for 11 and older starts at 1:15pm (with warm-ups at Noon). ELIGIBILITY: Open to all swimmers who have yet to achieve a Championship Meet time in the event. All swimmers may enter up to 3 events and 2 relays (mixed relays for each session). Ribbons are awarded for 1st-12th in both Individual and Relay Events. PARKING: Available in the field adjacent to the pool entry driveway. Please carpool when able as parking space is limited. |
