Swim-A-Thon during all practices - donuts and juice provided to kids after they finish their laps.

This is our only fundraiser for our team!

Two dry-land practices on Tuesday (5/25) and Thursday (5/27) at the clubhouse. They will run from 6:30 to 7:30. You will meet the coaches and have the chance to ask questions about the upcoming season. We will hold a parent meeting during this time so please plan to stay for one of the evenings so we can fill you in on what to expect.

The board has decided to have a compressed year end award celebration on Thursday, August 6th @ 7PM. Please adhere to the following rules for this celebration:

• We will have this event outside in the picnic area of the clubhouse
• Please limit the participants/guests to "IMMEDIATE FAMILY" only.
• No food or drinks will be provided as in the past. Please eat dinner prior to the event.

Please bring your own chairs or use the picnic tables and we ask that families stay together to the best of their ability and social distance as we all have the past 5 weeks.

This is the order of events that will occur:

1. The event will start promptly @ 7PM.
2. The president of the team will make a few short remarks to start the program and turn the awards portion over to the coaches.
3. The coaches will make a few remarks.
   • Hand out medals and scrapbook pages to each swimmer by age group (please keep your swimmer at your family camp until called up by age group).
   • Announce the individual “paper plate” awards as customary in the past.
   • Announce the Eel Award(s)
   • Show a short video produced by the coaches commemorating the season.

2. There will be a “free swim” open to only the swimmers that participated in the season until 9-ish
